The CCTF and Anta Sports jointly launched the Spring Bud Girls' Healthy Growth project in October 2024. Anta Sports donated fund and materials worth of 40 million yuan (US $5.88 million) to CCTF to carry out public welfare activities such as offering education assistance and sports facilities, and organizing study tours and girls sports growth camps. As of December 2025, 300 girl college students of 19 ethnic groups from 12 universities and 300 girl high school students of 16 ethnic groups in 14 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities had received education fund from the project. More than 20,000 Spring Bud girls had received material support.

National model worker Gao Wenlan encouraged the students to be self-independent, study hard, forge ahead with determination and strive for extraordinary performance in future workplace.
"What really makes us strong is that we can stand up after each fall, instead of never falling on the ground. I have learned from these role models that girls can be gentle and resilient simultaneously," said a student at the gathering.

In the afternoon, attendees visited a girl's football team under the Small Waves of Qinghai Lake, a teenager's football team. The team players are from Tibetan, Han and other ethnic groups. Apart from receiving donated equipment from the project, the girls' team has been invited to attend a summer football camp. At the training pitch, they engaged in closer cooperation, active running and ball passing, showcasing their vitality and resilience. Visitors gave thumbs-up to the players and called on them to persist in training and chase their dream.
