The China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF) has proactively implemented a public welfare campaign "Safeguarding the Childhood and Growing Up Together: 2026 Winter Vacation Caring Services for Children," since the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), the Office of Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, the Supreme People's Court and several other central authorities jointly issued a notice on bringing love back home and guarding the healthy growth of children in the 2026 winter holiday.
