The closing ceremony of the Spring Bud girls' music literacy camp, under the Spring Bud Girls' Sci-Tech and Music Literacy Advancement Project, was held at the Qunli Music Hall in Harbin, the capital city of Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, on January 27.
A total of 120 Spring Bud girls from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Sichuan, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces, and members of five local children's choruses attended the ceremony.

Children of different ethnic groups gave their performances, which highlighted ethnic unity and friendship. Students of the Spring Bud Dream Chorus with Wa'er School in Xide County of Sichuan's Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture sang a traditional Yi ethnic folk song, displaying the unique charm of ethnic culture. The chorus of Longjing Experimental Primary School in Jilin's Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture performed a song, conveying their sincere love for the motherland. Members of the Spring Bud Dream Chorus with the Chengguan No.5 Primary School in Ningxia's Pingluo County presented a song that portrayed the grandeur of the country's natural landscapes.
Meanwhile, the Spring Bud Dream Chorus with the Xiangfang Extracurricular Education Activity Center in Harbin sang the song Ice and Snow Warming the World. The song was also performed at the flame collection ceremony of the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin on January 20, 2025. Five children's choruses in Harbin also present excellent performances.
At last, all camp members joined with the Children's Chorus of Heilongjiang Women and Children's Development Center in performing the song Children's Dream of the Winter, which was composed by Yuan Tian, a young arts teacher in the center, for the 9th Asian Winter Games.

Du Rui, President of the China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF), extended congratulations on behalf of the CCTF to the Spring Bud girls on completing their study tour. She encouraged the Spring Bud girls to stay curious, love science explore the unknown world, nurture fine character through aesthetic education, remain grateful and pass on the spirit of the Spring Bud Project. She also called on more charity-minded people and organizations to join the Spring Bud Project — Dream of Future Action and support the healthy growth of girls, so that every girl can enjoy equal right to education and excel in life.

Noting that the Spring Bud Project is an important practice in promoting educational equality, Wang Xia, Vice-President of Heilongjiang Women's Federation, gave her congratulations to the girls and encouraged them to change destiny with knowledge and give back to society in the future.

Liang Yuqi, a primary school student from Pingluo, took the stage to share her reflections on the study tour. She said she will study hard with a grateful heart and spread the love and warmth behind the Spring Bud Project to more people.

Han Yingji, a teacher from Longjing Experimental Primary School in Yanbian, conveyed thanks to the organizers and staff workers. She said that the camp has become a memorable experience for the Spring Bud girls since they have shown perseverance in the cold, become more inclusive in the process of cooperation, and harvested growth through exploration.

The six-day camp was jointly hosted by the CCTF and the Tencent Foundation and organized by Heilongjiang Women and Children's Development Center. It provided the Spring Bud girls with opportunities to hold interactions with AI robots, experience intangible cultural heritages, receive chorus training, and tour around Harbin, allowing them to further improve personal competence and become more collaborative in teamwork. Li Zhongming, Vice-President and Secretary-General of the CCTF, conferred certificates to representatives of the girls.

In 2021, Tencent donated funds to help launch the Spring Bud Girls' Sci-Tech and Music Literacy Advancement Project. To date, the charitable initiative has covered over 50 schools in 11 provincial regions and benefited nearly 10,000 girls.
