Lujiang County is located in the central part of Anhui Province. On July 22 this year, a breach occurred in Shidawei, Tongda Town, Lujiang County. Floods spread over nearby villages, and many villages, including Lianhe Village, turned into a vast ocean.

"Almost a month has passed since the flood season, and Lianhe Village, the worst-hit village, was still soaked in the water. Part-time job is a poor household in the village. During the flood this year, all her houses were flooded and the disaster was severely affected. "We are entrusted by the China Children and Teenagers' Fund to carry out student assistance activities and visit you. We hope that you will overcome the current difficulties, raise your children, tide over the difficulties as soon as possible, and rebuild your home." In the temporary rental house in Baishan Town, Liu Ping took the hand of the hostess Bao Yejia and said.
