On July 14, the village committee of Yuanfu Village, Luoyu Town, Xihe County, Gansu Province was very lively. Many families with infants and young children received infant milk powder donated by the China Children and Teenagers' Fund in cooperation with caring companies.
At the same time, thousands of impoverished families in 20 townships in Xihe County and 14 townships in Zhang County have received this gift of love.
In 2020, as a year of decisive victory for poverty alleviation and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, in order to fully implement the national targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation strategy and the deployment of poverty alleviation work in deeply impoverished areas, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the All-China Women’s Federation fixed-point poverty alleviation work, the China Children and Teenagers’ Fund Hand in hand with Guangdong Duoshan Business Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Huade Ruibao International Trade Co., Ltd. to jointly launch this donation activity, donating 2500 boxes (15000 cans) of Xibao Beixi infant formula milk powder to Xihe County and Zhang County, Gansu Province, worth 2131800 Yuan, 42 boxes (1008 cans) of Beiwei’s older infant formula milk powder, with a total value of 1169963.52 Yuan, in order to improve the health of infants and young children of poor households.
During the special period of epidemic prevention and control, Guangdong Duoshan Business Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Huade Ruibao International Trade Co., Ltd. actively responded to the call of our association, actively donated materials and provided voluntary services in the front line, reflecting the social responsibility and care for infants and children in the critical period. The deep concern for healthy growth and the practice of corporate social responsibility have made positive contributions to helping Xihe and Zhangxian counties overcome poverty.
