On October 13, the public welfare program “Family Reading Together” lecture tour jointly organized by China Children and Teenagers’ Fund (CCTF), China National Children’s Center(CNCC) and Good Future Education Group was held in the China National Children’s Center. Zhu Xisheng, the Secretary-General of CCTF, Yuan Lixin, the Director of CNCC, and Wan Yiting, the Vice President of Good Future Education Group attended the launch ceremony.

“Family Reading Together” program focused on “family reading”, using family education content, organizing famous family education experts to form lecture tours in Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other cities. Through series of knowledge lectures, experts face to face, parent-child practice and other forms, providing parents with professional family education knowledge, helping parents master effective communication methods with their children, and improving education methods.

Parent-child reading together is an effective carrier to promote family education, an effective form to foster and promote good family style, and an effective means to promote the healthy growth of children. It can effectively promote the cultural quality of the whole people and enhance the cultural confidence of the country.

“Good parents should be a combination of readers and speakers”, “National reading starts from family reading, family reading starts from parent-child reading, and parent-child reading starts from cartoon books reading”, “As parents, reading is a good way to be with children”. Experts on site expressed their opinions and views on parent-child reading, and the brand manager of Jiazhangbang issued the certificates for parent-child reading experts.

After the ceremony, Curator Wang Zhigeng gave the first lacture of the tour to more than 150 parents - “Parent-Child Reading - the Best Childhood Gift for Children”, and had an eager communication with parents.
