Sixty children in two spring buds choir, singing with melodious voice and the most touching songs in the world, to express the yearning for a happy life, and let the world hear the the beauty of first born.

On July 20, 2018, the public welfare program “Spring Bud x Giving Young Action” , jointly launched by China Children and Teenagers’ Fund and Giving, the infant professional brand of Shanghai Jiahua.

Aesthetic education is an indispensable part of children’s overall development. The influence of art and culture is crucial for children to establish correct values and outlook on life.

Giving by Shanghai Jiahua donated 3 million yuan and goods worth 600,000 yuan to “Spring Bud x Giving Young Action”, which have been used to fund the Spring Bud x Giving Young Action Chorus in the First Experimental Primary School in Huichun city, Jilin province, and the Xiaohua Red Army Primary School in Xingguo city, Jiangxi province, for inviting professional teachers to train them and equip the school with relevant instruments. From July 19 to July 25, 2018, the teachers and students of the two Spring Bud choir were invited to attend the summer camp in Beijing. During this period, the two Spring Buds chorus will also be invited to participate in the 14th China International Chorus Festival in Beijing sing together with chorus lovers from all over the world, and receive guidance from top international music masters.

A good life cannot be separated from a spirit of discovering, appreciating and creating of beauty, said Zhu Xisheng, the Secretary-General of the China Children and Teenagers’ Fund. The edification of art and culture is very important for children to establish correct values and outlook of life. At present, the major social contradictions in China have been transformed into the contradictions between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development. In addition to doing good jobs in basic charity and poverty alleviation, the China Children and Teenagers’ Fund and Spring Bud Project are paying more attention to the overall growth and quality of young children. In addition to funding the Spring Bud Chorus, the project will donate sanitation products to children in relevant areas of Gansu province this year to care for their health and help them fight poverty.

Children have unlimited possibilities. The Giving hopes to help them understand, love and create beauty, as well as provide a stage to explore their hearts, so as to blossom the power of “beginning”, said Yu Wei, Chief Marketing Officer of Shanghai Jiahua United Co., Ltd. Li Jinsheng, the Party Secretary and General Manager of China Foreign Culture Group, the organizer of the China International Chorus Festival, said that he hoped that the experience of the children of Spring Bud Chorus competing with art lovers from all over the world would allow the fire of pursuing beautiful art to take root and sprout in their hearts.

The leaders of the program issued the certificate to Hu Ke, the ambassador of love spreading for the “Spring Bud x Giving Young Action” program.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the program launched the “Spring Bud x Giving Young Action” and awarded the flag for the summer camp. Hu Ke, a young actor, and Fang Wenshan, a writer of lyrics and music, served as the ambassadors of love and communication for the “Spring Bud x Giving Young Action” program. Fang Wenshan has also made his debut at the launch ceremony with the theme song “To the beginning”, which has customized for the program.

As a mother of two, Hu said that every child’s interests and talents deserve attention and care. It was a great honor for her to help more children achieve their artistic dreams through the “Spring Bud x Giving Young Action” program, and more loving parents to pay attention to and participate in supporting education of children’s aesthetic education in rural areas.

After the launching ceremony, leaders, ambassadors and children of the chorus visited Luxun Academy and Li Dazhao Museum located in Beijing 35 Middle School, to understand the thoughts of a generation of literary masters, to listen to revolutionalry martyrs, and to plant the seeds of endless pursuit of humanity and art in children’s hearts.

It is reported that the “Spring Buds” program launched by the China Children and Teenagers’ Fund in 1989 has formed a financial support system to care for children, especially for girls’ education, safety and health. Up to now, 3.57 million girls have been helped to attend school.
