On Dec.9^th, the 15^th Session of the CCTF Council--the 8^th Conference held in Beijing. The Director-general of the CCTF, Chen Zhili, known as the Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the NPC, also the Chairman of the ACWF, presented and delivered a speech. The Secretary of the ACWF Secretariat, Vice Director of CCTF Fan Jiying conducted the meeting.

In her speech, Chen Zhili recognized the success of CCTF in 2010 and expressed her sincere gratitude to all the staff members for their pivotal role in improvement of children`s welfare.

Chen Zhili also emphasized that it is of great importance to be grateful for the outstanding contributions made by all of our council members and all those who participated in the children`s welfare.

The meeting deliberated and passed the Work Summary of 2010 and Working Arrangements in 2011 reported by Secretary General Chen Xiaoxia and the Financial Accountability of 2010 reported by the assistant Secretary General Wu Zhenying. The Council members also studied the 30^th Anniversary Commemoration Proposal of the CCTF.

Seventeen council members and supervisors were present and offered constructive suggestions and comments freely around the meeting subjects.
