The Central People's Broadcasting Station Music Hall was the venue on December 19 for the charity concert of the 2011 Music Radio I Want to Go to School Action - 1200 School Helping Action, which marked the successful completion of the charity's activities in 2011.

The concert looked back over the program's work experiences and social achievements through playing video films, and meetings between donors and beneficiaries.

The 1200 School Helping Action is a one-to-one assistance method, in which every 1200-yuan donation provides living subsidies for three years for an impoverished primary school student.

Since its launch in September, the program has collected 2.4 million yuan (US$ 376,000) and benefitted more than 2,000 needy children.
