The AIA, a life insurance giant, donatedonemillion yuan (US$ 162,601) on April 26, 2013 to the China Children and Teenagers' Fund for rescue efforts and reconstruction in Lushan, southwest China’s Sichuan Province. 

Lushan was hit by a magnitude 7 earthquake on April 20, 2013.
