Tahiti's Noni International (TNI) on May 2, 2013 donated juice worth 1.02 million yuan (US$ 166,200) and 100,000 yuan (US$ 16,284.5) for aid in earthquake-hit Lushan County in southwest China’s Sichuan Province via the China Children and Teenagers’ Foundation (CCTF). The juice has now been delivered to the quake-hit area, to provide nutrition for children there.
“Although the donation can't make up for the victims’ inner pain, the conveying of love is our enterprise’s mission and thanksgiving. We have considered the management principle of reciprocation to society,” General Manager Kevin Ma said.
Lushan was hit by a magnitude-7 earthquake on April 20, 2013.
