After a 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Lushan in southwest China's Sichuan Province on April 20, 2013, the China Children and Teenagers' Foundation (CCTF) has been working with local women's federations to help in relief efforts. The CCTF has launched a donation campaign to raise funds for the children affected by the disaster.

So far, 26.9279 million yuan (US$ 4.38 million) has been raised, including 10.8524 million yuan (US$ 1.77 million) in cash for children's studies and living subsidies, and material assets worth 16.0755 million yuan (US$ 2.615 million), which are on their way to the quake-hit area.
