The "Hope under the Blue Sky' 2013 Children's Day Specific Program for Children's Charity, sponsored by the China Children and Teenagers' Foundation (CCTF) and China Central Television (CCTV), was recorded on May 20, 2013, at the Beijing Shuren-Ribet Private School. 

The program features the experiences of different children and how they have pursued their dreams. 

Famous film star Huang Xiaoming recorded a video for the program, sending his blessings to children nationwide and calling on the public to provide children with a healthy living environment. 

'Hope under the Blue Sky' is a large-scale charity variety show jointly created by CCTF and CCTV. It has received widespread praise from the public. The program will be broadcast at 6 p.m. on June 1, 2013.
