NEW YEAR PRESENTS FOR STUDENTS IN SICHUANS EARTHQUAKE AREA

 

Recipients receiving their "2010 New Year Present"

On 22nd of December 2009, CCTF presented the best "2010 New Year present" ever to 10,000 Sichuan's

students and they received RMB 1,500 each. It definitely will provide them with happiness. They will be

using the fund of RMB 15 million for completing their education and it can lessen their families' burden.
Madam Song Li Ying, the Secretary General of CCTF presented the fund to Sichuan's All Women Federation
Most of the students are from thirteen disaster stricken places such as Chengdu, Deyang, Mianyang,

Guangyuan etc. After receiving appropriate education, all the recipient students can build a better

standard of living for themselves and families. They can even help their societies to improve their towns

' development and technology. This gift of hope not only giving them a better future but a brighter, more

confident, stable and encouragement to strive for their next generations too.

Thanks to generosity of Tetra pak Corporation to sponsor the fund, as giving a great hope to the students

although during financial crisis. Corporation Vice President Madam Tai Yang Bin, Sichuan Municipal

Government standing committee member, Madame Li dengju, Sichuan's All Women Federation President Madam

Chen Fang, Mr.Liu Jiantong in China Ministry of Education also joined the presentation ceremony and

Sichuan Provincial Committee Government.
